All jewellery is made in either sterling silver, 9ct or 18ct gold unless otherwise stated.
For time and cost restraints most pieces are not hallmarked, except specially commissioned pieces. If you would like a particular piece hallmarked please contact me and I will make the appropriate arrangements. This may incur an additional cost.
DELIVERY TIMES: Most pieces are in stock (except archive pieces) and therefore can be with you within 5 days, if not in stock then i can take up to 2 weeks. Its best to check on stock particularly gold pieces it you need it quickly. Contact me using the contact form or call me on 07775556552.
STONES: All stones are natural and semi-precious and therefore will vary in shape, size and colour. No two stones are the same.
Each piece of jewellery is handcrafted for the customer, so please ask if you would like a different colour combination on any piece you see here.
GIFT WRAPPING: all pieces will be wrapped in tissue or put in a nice box depending on the piece. Gift paper and ribbon is available at a small additional charge.
PAYMENT BY: Paypal online (use the shopping cart), all cards via phone, Cheque, bank transfer or cash (if collecting).

BANK TRANSFER: Please email me using the contact form with your order and a request to pay by bank transfer and I will forward bank transfer details to you.

Postage is added automatically on-line (£2.50 on purchases under £25, £5 over £25)
Overseas deliveries by special arrangement only.
Jewellery will be dispatched once funds cleared. Online and bank transfers are the fastest method.
RETURNS: If you are not happy with your jewellery in any way then please return within seven days (if not worn) for a full refund.
